What is there for a mother to say, when one of her children has passed away? There are no words to heal the pain, except to know his life wasn't in vain. The recent stories told and the laughs we have shared, he had so many friends who truly cared. Our memories of Keenan which we hold dear, he'll be forever in our hearts, that much is clear. Keenan, I’ve been thinking about you and your family nonstop. Growing up with your brother Drew gave me the pleasure to be around you and your incredible family. I still remember when you, Drew, Taylor and I would sit around laughing  while eating massive amounts of Del Taco. Right after, we would all play basketball on your front drive until we were exhausted. I know you are watching over everyone right now. Thank you for giving me so many awesome times. I’ve known Keenan for over twenty years and I could always count on him welcoming me over when I’d visit my second family with a big hug and smile. He’d always ask how I was doing and showed an authentic interest in others lives. He had a big heart and was passionate about whatever was sparking his interest. As a kid, Keenan was a fiery, fearless dude who insisted on being part whatever shenanigans us older kids were up to. He grew into a kind, compassionate and artistic soul, and he’ll be missed and thought of often. Whenever I pick up a skateboard or get a new tattoo (his ink is so beautiful), his memory will forever be with me. Love you my blonde little brother and may you rest easy. 

Keenan, it's hard to grasp that you are no longer with us. I feel fortunate to have spent time with you recently in AZ. You had such a free spirit and not a worry in the world. Brent, I  don't recall whether or not I actually met Keenan......but I will say, after reading so many lovely testimonials about your dear son....I wish I had. He was a remarkable young man having affected so many people in a positive manner 🙏

Though I did not know Keenan as well recently, he is one of the first people in my life I would consider a friend. Kennan was one of the very first people I met when moving to California. He was always kind, funny, and positive. I can't think of one time that he wasn't smiling. He had an amazing spirit and will be missed greatly. I am happy I had the chance to know him.

I'm going to miss seeing you as I drive home Keenan. You'd always just happen to be on Paseo de Colinas as I drove by, and I'd yell "Hey Keeeeeenan" out my window and you'd always be surprised until you saw it was me. Then you'd laugh and yell "You're a cacker Moslehi!". God I'm going to miss you so much Keenan, you were always the best person in any room you entered.

Julia and I will never forget meeting Keenan and his family when we first moved from the east coast. New Englanders just simply don’t have hair as strikingly beach blonde as yours! But more than that, Keenan was always so welcoming and warm to us. We’ll always carry memories we made together with Keenan and his family in the neighborhood, at the beach, and on the boat. We’re so grateful to have spent that time with him. 

Keenan, you will be dearly missed and we hope you are still charging hills in the sky.

I didn’t really know Keenan to well, but I moved out to California in 2018 and have hung out with him a few times. But the few times I was around him he always made me laugh. Such a good soul. Our mutual friend always talked good of him and how good of a friend he was to her. Fly high Keenan

Keenan was such a gentle, fun-loving, pure-of-heart, intelligent, and overall amazing human being, and if I could I would write an endless list of the qualities that made Keenan who he was. But if there's one thing I will choose to remember, it was when he was but a tiny little tot, maybe 4 or 5 years old, and my family and I babysat him for a bit. He carried around a tube of toothpaste and would squirt some toothpaste into his mouth like a snack! Not only was it the cutest thing ever, but it defined Keenan as a person who saw the beauty and the fun in the world as well as the humor in it, all at the same time. As the years passed and I spent more time with the Kudell family, I came to know Keenan as a pure positive presence at all times - I still remember his contagious laugh to a tee. When Drew and I were off doing our own thing, Keenan would more often than not want to join in, and when we finally allowed him to join us (sometimes against our wishes!), it always made our experience 1000 times better.  Keenan was like the brother I never had growing up, and my deepest condolences and full support go out to the Kudell family at this time.

Keenan was honestly the most accepting person I ever met. He was the most loyal friend anyone had, a natural leader, truly a backbone to any friend group he was in. Even though I haven’t talked to him since HS,  I have thought about him a lot often over the years because he was such a genuinely good person. Feels like yesterday we were hanging out after waterpolo and laughing about anything we can think of.  Thank you for the memories Keenan, I will never forget our good times together and neither will anyone else. 


We loved Keenan Always. He had such charm. He was a fun and funny guy. Always good manners. He was easy to love. We will miss him so much. Heartbroken.

Keenan, it's hard to find the right words to say right now because there are so many I could use to express how amazing of a person you were. Heaven has gained a very special soul. Growing up with you, and knowing you for the past 23 years is such a gift. I remember always tagging along to hang out with you and my brother, and you always made me feel welcome and included (even if I was the annoying little sister). Dearest Keenan, when I flew into SNA on Sat., 3/5 for the week, it was so nice to see your smiling face and share a casual dinner at your home that evening.  As your Uncle, I have many fond memories of you...you were the cutest boy growing up, along with your 2 brothers!  We had many fun family gatherings on both coasts, and I will cherish those moments forever.  You had a huge heart, and always tried to make everyone around you feel comfortable and happy.  You were also very funny, and I will never forget how you looked wearing your Mom's white winter jacket with hood to walk Ollie on Sat., 3/5 after dinner.  You had 2 different socks on both feet last weekend, and that was how you rolled.  We pray you are smiling down on us from Heaven, and until we meet again, we will try to move on as best we can (as that is what you would want us to do).

Keenan, I know you'll always be watching over me and have my back.  I've known you your family since I was four, and I'll always consider your family apart of mine. Keenan. My beautiful, pure, and hilarious cousin. I'm in shock man. I can't believe I saw you a month ago but I'm also so incredibly thankful I had the chance.   

You and my experiences with you have had such a profound impact on shaping who I am. I've always considered you and your brothers more than just cousins. I've always clung onto our relationship because I thought the world of you, always admiring how effortlessly you all channelled Southern California - and feeling so cool just to be associated with you and our shared scattered moments that seem so significant in my memories. 

You had the biggest heart and saw the world through such a unique lens. A lens that would no doubt make the world a better place if more people saw through it too. I always had boundless faith in your creativity and was always such a fan. You'll always be in my thoughts and I'll do my best to make you proud. It's a tragedy that your adventures have been cut short, but I have a sense that you'll be on my shoulder throughout all of mine.

Keenan, it blows me away that I just saw you on Sunday. There’s so many things that I wish I would’ve said to you. We had some amazing times growing up, and so many unforgettable  sleepovers back in the day. I always felt like when you were around everyone smiled and laughed more. When you came to support me at the start of SoCal Smokin it was one of the best days of my life and I’m lucky you were there. Super stoked that I have a picture of all of us from that day. Hearing about your passing is something that shook me more than I could of imagined. You were on of my best friends, my first love, and so much more. I’m so thankful for the time we got to share. From days spent at the beach, summer sleepovers your parents never knew how grateful for I was, sneaking out of my house at night to see you, phone conversations that lasted for hours and hours when we couldn’t see each other, and so much more than I can put into words. You were kind, goofy, and did everything to keep those who cared about you smiling and laughing and I can’t believe you’re gone. Thank you for the memories, the laughs, allowing me to see your soft side. I’m sending all the love and healing possible to anybody feeling the impact on hearing about your loss. I'll forever be grateful to have been lucky enough to meet Keenan early on in our childhood and have him as one of my best friends for the past 20 years. I grew up with Keenan and the Kudell boys. To me he was Percy haha. Loved hanging out with him and his brothers as kids on their trampoline in the backyard or playing sports in the cul-de-sac. We would mess around and have loads of fun together. He was a little brother to me and I truly cherish that. Keenan always brought the energy. He would smile and everyone would notice. His presence and vibe always set the tone whenever I was around him. A One of a kind kind of person that I am blessed to have had the opportunity to be around. Love you Keenan.

Keenan, going to miss you. So many good memories spending time with you and your brothers. Enjoyed playing basketball and spending time with you and your family when we were in high school and growing up. One thing that truly stood out to me was the love your family and brothers have for you.
