Larry Arthur Saine

Larry Arthur Saine, 73 of Mission Viejo passed away Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born August 7, 1943 in Wagon Mount, New Mexico to Augustine and Evelyn Saine. He grew up and attended schools primarily in Albuquerque. After High School Larry was drafted into the Army. He served his country honorably in Germany and Israel. Following his time in the Military, Larry furthered his education at LA Trade Tech. Larry met Loretta Romero in High School. The couple fell in love and married after graduation. Together they have celebrated over 53 years of marriage. Larry is survived by his loving wife Loretta Saine; son, Erik (his wife, Stacy Saine); daughter, Athena Saine; seven grandchildren, Elijah and Everest Saine, Natasha (her husband, Jared) Anchondo, Alexis (her husband, William) Fitzgerald, Maxine Fallon, Dillon Fallon and Ashley Fallon; four great-grandchildren, Elias and Mischa Anchondo, Liam and Zoey Fitzgerald; two sisters, Josephine Torres and Deborah Saine; one brother, John (his wife, Joann) Saine; as well as nieces, nephews and a host of friends. Larry enjoyed golfing, fishing, racquetball, baseball, basketball and camping. He especially loved to listen to music and dance. Larry liked to stay busy. He was passionate about working, when he would return home from work he immediately started working on something at home. He kept his mind and his hands busy. Visitation for Larry will be held on Wednesday evening, May 3 rd from 5:00 to 8:00 PM with a Rosary at 7:30 PM at Fairhaven Memorial Services Chapel, 27856 Center Drive, Mission Viejo, CA. Mass will be Celebrated on Thursday morning, May 4 th at 10:15 AM at St. Kilian Catholic Church, 26872 Estanciero Drive, Mission Viejo, CA. Burial with Military Honors will follow on Thursday, May 4 th at 1:30 PM at Miramar National Cemetery, 5795 Nobel Drive, San Diego, CA
