Its been a month since I lost my mom my heart aches and I cry everytime i see her picture, but then i smile becouse she was the most amazing person, and I got to have her in my life. She gave me life but most importantly she gave me love. She guided me through all the hardships of life even in her last days she was giving me hope giving me love showing me the way guiding me through my harships. She touched so many people but she always made me feel like I was the most important thing, she loved my sons so much and it was heavenly to see her with them she took care of them and loved them like she loved me unconditionally with gods pure heart . Mamma I wish i could talk to you right now so you can make me laugh and make the pain go away mamma Im sorry i wasnt there your last days . mamma I think of you everyday and miss you more and more evey day. The world is less beautiful without you but I cant even imagine what heaven is like now that your there.

Milagros❤️ She took me into her home and into her life as her own family. I was the neighbor child that probably bugged (but she welcomed me with her beautiful smile) her by coming to her house everyday but I loved being with her, Jose and the kids. Loved her beans. I would not eat anyone else’s beans but hers. She took me to her sisters house (Matilde, where they too welcomed me as part of the family). She just had a big heart. Then I just found her on FB a couple of years ago after YEARS and it’s like we picked up where we left off. Through her messages I felt her love. She was beautiful inside and out. I’m so blessed and thankful to have known her. Pensando en ti Milagros ❤️

Millie was one of the nicest people I have ever known. We share our grandchildren Ellis, Lotus & Quest. She was so important in their lives as well as mine. She will be missed by many. Goodbye my friend. Jean LaRocca.

I grew up w my aunt Millie in the Dominican Republic (DR), she was my best friend because you see we are only 9 years apart! We used to sing and laugh and dance because we love to sing and dance to all of our favorite songs! We lost touch for a bit because I left DR when I turned 11 and moved to NY and she got married and moved to LA! But once we found each other again we never lost touch! I visited her several times in LA and spoke to her several times a month but I take comfort on meeting my cousins and having my children and grandkids meet her during our-visits to LA - I just can’t stand not being able to speak to her and see her anymore! I will always love and keep her in my heart for ever! She’s an angel and God has a special place in heaven for her! Rest In Peace my beautiful angel!😇🙏🏻

My first auntie was Milly and she had three children, they would be the closest thing I have to brothers and sisters. The happiest time in my life was being with my auntie, uncle and my three cousins. As I got older she became my secret confidant (I hear many people felt the same way) she would guide me in bad dates, bad jobs and my broken heart over the world. My auntie was my advisor and was until the very end, guiding me with my own child. You see she was my best friend. I will miss her in this life but I have solace that I will see her again.
