

Randall D. Blair, 79, born in Eureka, Kansas, passed away on October 27, 2025. Born August 11, 1946, Randy enlisted in the Marine Corp at 17 years old and served in Vietnam. He completed his tours as a member of the First Force Reconnaissance Company, First Reconnaissance Battalion, First Marine Division as Sergeant. His valor earned him a Purple Heart and numerous other commendations, including the Bronze Star with the Combat “V”. After his military service he joined the Orange County Sheriff’s Department, rising through the ranks over a distinguished career of over 30 years before retiring as Captain. He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Michele Blair. He was the proud father of Jacob Blair, Leslie Williams, and Jonathon Blair, and the cherished grandfather of Havilah Williams and Elias Williams. A steadfast protector and provider, Randy poured his strength and love into his family, who are heartbroken by his passing. He is already deeply missed. A memorial service celebrating Randy’s life will be held at 3:00 p.m on Saturday November 8, 2025 at Reverence Bible Church, 22081 Hidalgo, Mission Viejo, CA 92691.
