Reggie was born in Dagupan, the Philippines on April 3, 2004, son of Anna Lisa Lantz. When Reggie was three years old he and his mother moved to San Juan Capistrano, California.
As a young boy Reggie had a number of interests. He enjoyed playing flag football, whiffle ball, going on bike rides, skateboarding and building things. To Reggie, the most fun to be had was simply spending time with his family and friends, especially with his Grandpa Tom (Pow Pow).
Reggie enjoyed traveling and time away on vacations. It was a chance for him to visit new places and experience new things. Favorite vacations included traveling with his family to the Philippines, San Francisco and Southern Oregon.
Reggie was a student at San Juan Hills High School, where he played football and lacrosse. He also was a member of AVID. In his spare time he liked to work out at the gym, play video games, draw, practice martial arts and learn to play music.
Always considered a good friend to those he knew, Reggie had the biggest heart and enjoyed making those around him laugh, especially his buddies, Amir, Grayson and Kaleb.
Reggie passed away, surrounded by his family, on April 3, 2022 at Providence Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo, California. He is survived by his mother, Anna.
Reggie leaves a legacy of life-long friendships and many cherished memories. He will be forever in our hearts.
Visitation for Reggie will be held Sunday, May 1, 2022 from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM at Fairhaven Memorial Services Chapel, 27856 Center Drive, Mission Viejo, CA, followed by a Memorial Service at 5:00 PM.
