Walter Charles Jones, born April 29, 1923, has joined Jeanne, his beloved wife of 62 years, in heaven on March 13, 2017. He is survived by son Kevin Jones, daughter Paula and husband Ed Hardy, daughter Jeannette and husband Justin Scheller and grandsons Ryan and Carson Scheller. Walter was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. During World War II, he proudly served his county in the United States Navy. He later moved to California and became a highly respected engineer in can manufacturing. Walter lived life to the fullest, loving his family and friends. He also enjoyed traveling, golf, and fishing. He will be greatly missed and remembered forever in our hearts.
