They were preceded in death by Reginald Lester Bullard Sr. (Husband), Reginald Lester Bullard Jr. (Son), Roger Bullard Jr. (Grandson), Clarence and Ruth Gates (Parents). They are survived by Roger E. Bullard and Patricia Anne Bullard (Son and Daughter-in-law), Diane and Ernest Carver (Daughter and Son-in-law), Mrs. Bullard is also survived by six grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren..
