Mrs. Amelia Elouise (Hatchett) Williams, age 92, a lifelong resident of Grand Bay, AL passed away at her home on Friday, January 11, 2019. Mrs. Williams is preceded in death by her parents, Jesse B. and Ora Dees Hatchett, brother, Chester E. Hatchett, Sr. and sister, Juanita H. Steadham, husbands, Barney M. Woodham, II and William B. Williams. Mrs. Williams is survived by her children; Barney "Butch" M. Woodham, III (Cynthia) and Pamela W. Ross (Andy). She is also survived by her 6 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held at Union Baptist Church, 5251 Grand Bay Wilmer Road South, Grand Bay, AL from 10:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. Funeral service will begin at 11:30 a.m. with interment in the church cemetery immediately following the service. Serving as pallbearers will be Bryan Woodham, Brad Woodham, Brandon Woodham, Ethan Wheeler, Daniel Eubanks and Mark Hatchett. Honorary pallbearers are Aubie Pouncey, Darrell Driskell, Keith Driskell, Bert Driskell, Gordon McClinton, Emmett Freeland and Ronnie Sollie. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial donations be offered to the Alabama Baptist Children's Home Mobile, Al campus.
