Anita Faye Payne

Anita loved to work with horses and dogs. Her passion was cooking, making easter baskets and Christmas stockings for her family and Mardi Gras.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George Bert Payne, Sr., who passed away on February 26, 2021; her daughter, Kimberly Gene Payne Houston Bishop; her parents, Thomas Pierce White and Virginia Earl Jenkins White Saul.

Surviving are her loving and devoted sons, George Bert (Kimberly Dean) Payne, Jr, and Christopher David (Carman Rivas) Payne; granddaughter, Natalie Jean Payne (Josh) Southerland; grandsons, Zackary Pete (Katherine) Payne and James Derek (Latoyia Renee) Payne; great grandchildren, Raymond Gage Southerland, Beau Tyler Southerland, Hunter James Payne and Maverick Rebel Payne; Addie Payne and Brigham Payne; brother, Thomas “Tommy” P. (Kathy) White VII., and a sister, Ann White Brun, also, survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on 11:00 am to 1:00 pm Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at Radney Funeral Home, Mobile, Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel at 1:00 pm

Interment will follow at Alabama State Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Spanish Fort, AL. at 2:00 pm.
