Ann Robinson

Brenda Ann Robinson October 24, 1992-August 2, 2014

Ann, age 21, lost her painful struggle with Cystic Fibrosis at Springhill Medical Center on Saturday. She was surrounded by her large and loving family. She was preceded in death by great-grandparents, Victor and Marva Burch and Ralph and Lola Herring.

Ann is survived by her loving and adoring parents, Robert and Jennifer, sister Victoria, great-grandmother Ila Antoine, grandparents: Barbara Herring, Mike (Phyllis) Herring, “Girl Joey” (Carl) Thomas, David Reed, and Michael Robinson, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins, a devoted Aunt Doo Doo (Stephanie Sawyer), an adoring Uncle Scooter (Michael A. Robinson), special cousins, Emily and Ethan, godmothers Brenda Atkins and Rita Peoples, godfather and uncle, Patrick (Michelle) Herring, and fiancé Jared Adams.

Ann with a deep affection for animals will be especially missed by Dixie, a German shepherd who adopted her.

Her family is thankful for the almost twenty-two years of expert, loving care by Dr. Sindal and recently Dr. Sumral, the staffs of USA Children’s and Women’s Hospital, Mobile Infirmary, and Springhill Medical Center.

Visitation will be at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, Mobile, AL on Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at 11:00am, funeral at 12:00pm. Following the burial there will be condolence reception at St. Luke’s.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Ann’s memory to St. Luke’s Episcopal Church or the Mobile Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
