Anne McKay Farrar

Anne McKay Farrar passed from this life into the hands of God on December 26, 2017. A multi-generation Mobilian, she live the past few years on Merritt Island, FL to be with her family. Born in Mobile, she was the daughter of John Patrick and Lucille Lundy McKay. She graduated from Bishop-Toolen High School and Phillips Junior College. She is preceded in death by her husband, Karl Farrar, her beloved daughter Julie Malone and her brother James Patrick McKay. She is survived by her loving daughter Lisa Malone (Kevin); her siblings Margaret McKay Wadsworth; Shirley McKay Cornette; Robert McKay and many nieces and nephews. She always spread the love of God to all she encountered and was a member of the Knollwood Assembly of God Church, She and her husband Karl were active in real estate in Mobile. Services will be held at Knollwood Assembly of God Church on Friday, January 5, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. Family and friends are invited to a visitation planned from 10:00 a.m. until service time. Interment will follow in Pine Crest West on Snow Road.
