Anthony was a retired Insurance Salesman. He served in the United States Army where he also played softball for the army. He was an avid tennis player.
Anthony was preceded in death by his parents, Anthony Matthew and Josephine Cartenuto Ambrose.
He is survived by his children, Nancy (David) Pakech of Durham, Connecticut and David (Sue) Ambrose of Wallingford, Connecticut; 5 grandchildren, David Ambrose, Melissa Ambrose, Gabrielle Pakech, David Pakech and Hannah Pakech.
