
Anton "Larry" Hutter - a decorated World War II veteran who served his country well and was a member of one of the greatest generations, passed away August 10, 2010, at 1:35 A.M. at his home at the age of 86 after a long illness. He was a native of Manhattan, New York, born to a Hungarian mother and Holland Dutch father. He was a long time resident and successful business man of Mobile, AL. He was preceded in death by son, Michael Hutter. He is survived by his wife, Ann Lowell Hutter; two daughters, Marissa Lamagna of Berkley, CA and Valerie Silvis of Los Angeles, CA; son, Tony Hutter of Mobile; grandchildren, Brooke Wumpler (Grant), Evan Lamagna, Reagan Nunn (Toby), Loren Hutter, and Jade Wolfson (Zander); great-grandchildren, Grant Wumpler, Cole Wumpler, Jeffrey Hutter, and Scarlet Nunn; step-daughters, Mariann Hall (Elbert) and Ginger Key (Lamar); step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren, Matthew Hall (Adonica), Meghan Hall Floyd, Kristin Key, Garrett Key, Riley Hall, Collin Hall, and Braxton Floyd; many other extended family members and many, many friends. At his request, there will be no service, and he is to be cremated. He was a very unique man with a talent for writing and was a remarkable story teller. Anyone who knew him well loved and respected him; his friends, family, and extended family will face a void in their lives but will fill it with happy memories and will miss him so very much.
