Arnold Murray "Ray" Moore

Arnold Murray “Ray” Moore, age 67; a native of Mobile, Alabama and a resident of Lucedale, Mississippi, died Saturday, October 21, 2017 in a local hospital. Ray was a graduate of Davidson High School and was a retired truck driver. He was preceded in death by his wife, Cindy Moore; his father, Arnold Handley Moore; and his mother, Dorothy Moore Phillips. He is survived by three sons, Michael Moore, Sammy (Amanda) Moore, and Joey Dwayne (Alex) Faulk; seven grandchildren, Michael Bryan Moore, II, Julienna Moore Rathmell, Jessica Lynn Moore, Christopher Moore, Joey Dwayne Faulk, Jr., Hayden Faulk, and Brantley Faulk; three great-grandchildren, Tobias Rathmell, Aurora Rathmell, and Alexander Abdinoor; six siblings, Jeanette Taylor, Theo Black, Wayne Moore, Rachel Smith, Judy Golden, and Garry Moore; his beloved pets, Rewind, Girl, and Daisy; nieces, nephews, and other relatives. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 25, 2017 from 9 A.M. until the 10 A.M. funeral service at Daysprings Baptist Church. Rev. Rob Hartmann and Rev. Joe Moore will officiate. Pallbearers will be Jason Black, Brent Black, Jay Black, Wesley Golden, Chase Golden, and Chris Taylor. Interment will be in Springhill Memorial Gardens.
