Rev. Dr. Betty Jean Rodgers received her angel wings on August 13, 2017. Born on April 1, 1940, the 5th child to Lee Dinkins, Sr. and Allean Logan Dinkins (Cottage Hill), who both proceeded her in death. She graduated from St. Elmo High School.
