Dear Family,
As I sit here wishing I could be with y'all today know I am there in spirit, prayer, & love. I know y'all will not remember a lot about the days that have passed since Uncle Billy stepped in Heaven, this day, nor many of the others to come for a while but know that your family is being prayed over by so many.
Anytime I ever think about my Uncle Billy & Aunt Shirley I always smile. They are just that kind of people to everyone whether you are family or someone they have just met. They make you smile, they make you feel good, they make you feel loved. But as we all know being good & living a good life does not open the Heavens for you. Aunt Shirley gave her life to Christ many years ago. She was saved when I met her ♥️ Uncle Billy was not I later came to learn & understand. I know many prayed he would answer God's calling & I'm sure for some it looked like he never would. But I remember the day I saw he had accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his savior & I rejoiced with gladness along with so many others. Now his life's testimony, while already powerful, will be magnified through Christ & would be used in mighty ways by Him. I don't know the many ways God is using Uncle Billy"s testimony but I do know how He uses it in my life. God uses Uncle Billy's salvation to reaffirm in me that prayers are not only answered while we are here to see them but that He answers our prayers long after we gone. Our prayers never go unanswered. The answer may not be on our timetable, in a way can discern, or in the way we think they should be - but they will be answered. His testimony gives me the hope that is in Christ Jesus for my loved ones who have not yet answered the call. When I talk to others who have been praying for family for years & feel at times their prayer will never be answered, I share Uncle's Billy's testimony with them, along with my mother's, my father's, & mine. God answers prayer, never stop praying.
Ron & I send our love and prayers of comfort.
