Mr. Billy E. Rice, age 89 passed away on Monday, July 25, 2016 at a local hospital. He is preceded in death by his father, Gillie Rice, mother, Alma Massey, step-father, Cecil Massey, son, Earl Rice and wife, Queenie Rice. He served in the Merchant Marines during WWII, was a member of the Iron Workers Local and was owner of Anthony's Fish House since 1958. Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 28, 2016 at Pine Crest Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. until graveside service time of 12:00 p.m. in Pine Crest Cemetery.
