Calvin O. Pettis, Jr., a native and lifelong resident of Mobile County, Alabama, died on Wednesday, February 20, 2013.
He is survived by his wife, Laura Pettis; two children, Calla Pettis and Catherine Pettis; a step daughter, Emma McClendon; his mother, Billie Joyce Pettis; father and mother in law, James and Arlene Pemberton, brothers and sisters, Greg (Patti) Pettis, Tony Pettis, Sue (Darrell) Heathcoe, Debbie (Ellis) Cowart, Tina (Robbie) Robbins and Jesse (Lisa) Pettis; one grandchild, Shawna Reynolds and other relatives.
Funeral services will be held from the Chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens on Saturday, February 23, 2013 at 2 PM. Visitation will be Friday evening from 5 until 7 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
