Mr. Carl Salter, of Irvington, entered into rest Sunday, February 14, 2016, at his home. He was 89. Graveside funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 12:30 p.m. until 1:30 p.m. at Radney Funeral Home, Mobile.
Mr. Salter was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Marie Salter. He is survived by his seven children, Carolyn (Roger) Sargent, Richard E. Salter, Edward Allen Salter, Melissa (Robbie) Robison, John Carey Salter, Carl Leland Salter, and Lillie Amanda Salter, two brothers, three sisters, nine grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
