Catherine Turner Turner White

Catherine Turner White, a native of Willow Springs North Carolina and a longtime resident of Mobile, died on Monday. She was a member of Travis Road Baptist Church for thirty years and a member of the Daylily Society. Mrs. White was preceded in death by her husband, Cordie Lee “Jack” White; one son, Donald Lee White and one brother, Edwin Turner. She is survived by her daughter, Jean (Larry) Foots; two sons, Robert (Shirley) White, Irving, TX and Jerry (Esther) White, Bay Minette, AL; nine grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and other relatives. The family would like to thank the nurses and staff of Mobile Nursing and Rehab for their care. Funeral services will be held from the Chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Thursday, July 17, 2014 at 2 PM. Visitation will start at 12 noon. Burial will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens
