Lisa,
Judy and I really enjoyed being in Mobile for Oogie’s memorial as many memories with our beloved brother were shared with mutual friends. You did a great job of displaying and posting pictures that helped revive many good times with Oogie and with you!
Oogie meant so much to us all! For me, his passing leaves a huge void in my life. He was a true brother, my closest friend. He will live forever in my heart and in my thoughts. Loved that guy!! Love you too!!

Charles is a great Sig brotherand friend over 50 years. Most of our times together were during building the Chapter at South Alabama and after I retired and came back home. Golf was his passion but was not serious enough not to be sure to interrupt his adversary with a little noise at a crucial putt or pluck out my long eyebrow during my back swing. He also was the one who gave me the Zorba nickname. I will miss him.

I met Charlie 15 years ago through Donnie Rye at GSGC and played with his group occasionally. When Charlie started playing with the Amigos I got to know him well and enjoyed his local knowledge and sense of humor. He was a great resource for restaurant tips and stories of his childhood in Mobile. Charlie was a great guy and has been missed at the club since he could no longer play. I will think of him every time I hear a sudden noise while putting. RIP old friend

I have enjoyed having Charlie 's friendship for the past 34 years; I worked for him at Regions Bank and truly admired him as my boss. We enjoyed playing golf, watching and talking Alabama football and enjoyed each other's company as friends. I was fortunate to have spent the last several months having lunch with Charlie on a regular basis...Rest in Peace My Friend

Charlie was a great man...I met Mr. Graham when I worked in the Pro Shop at Gulf Shores Golf Club.. Always pleasant when I checked him in for a golf round.. Always asked how I was doing, and he was genuinely interested in one's life. Charlie and his wife frequented a business in Orange Beach next door to me for a number of years.. He will be missed..
Sincerely

I loved Charlie. Charlie was my banker, best I ever had, by the way, at Merchants Natl, to FAB, to Regions. He was always a close friend as well as a banker. When my father died and I took over his business, Charlie was very helpful to me, when I thought the world was on my shoulders. I'll never forget what he told me once. I was kidding about things I planned to do in the business and he looked at me and said, " You need to sit down and talk to me before you start boogeying with company money". Haha....what a great guy. I'll never forget Charlie!!

A good man and a good friend. He and Lisa were fun to be with. I treasure our golf games at Gulf Shores Golf Club. Charlie was the best putter I ever saw, especially on #18 with all bets on the line.
I loved the Silver Fox -and you too Lisa. Stay in touch.

I am very sorry to hear that Charlie has passed. He was the best boss, mentor and friend that I ever had. We didn't talk often these last few years, but each time we did it was like it was only yesterday. It was a comfort level that is rare. We will all miss you.
