Soon after Charles became affiliated with St. John UMC he invited me and two other widow ladies to his home for a deliciously prepared luncheon. He was the perfect host and his little dog welcomed us as well. This was a "get acquainted" opportunity in which we shared in conversation about the church and its membership, our individual talents (of which he had more than all of us). Charles was a good Christian man and I'm grateful that our paths crossed. My thoughts go out to the family in their loss. RIP, Charles
