Christine Lambert Austin, 74, born October 16, 1948 in Rhodes, Mississippi a resident of Daphne, Alabama passed away on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 in Mobile, Alabama.

Christine retired in 2020 after 25 years of service as a registered nurse. She loved helping and caring for others.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Houston and Pauline Chapman Lambert; siblings, Paulette Jones, Carolyn Rose Lowe, Gaines Lambert and H.A. Lambert; lifelong friend, Wilmer “Will” Austin, Jr.,

Christine is survived by her loving and devoted son and son-in-law, Philip Austin and Chris Menke; a sister and brother-in-law, Cora and Andy Dugar; devoted Cousin Joyce Chapman also, survived by many cousins, other family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday, September 25, 2023 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Radney Funeral Home – Mobile. Funeral Service will be celebrated in the Chapel of the Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Serenity Memorial Gardens, Theodore, Alabama.
