Curtis L. Wilson Jr., born August 11, 1950, passed peacefully at home on March 1, 2022, at age 71. A lifelong resident of Mobile, he retired after 33 years with Alabama State Docks/ McDuffie Coal Terminal. He had warm memories of hunting in Camden, AL, and as a vehicle enthusiast, enjoyed many hours in his garage where he could bring any engine to life. He was preceded in death by his parents, Curtis and Bessie Wilson of Mobile, and sister, Peggy Buchanan. Curtis is survived by his wife of 47 years, Judy H. Wilson; his daughter, Wendy Wilson Howard; son-in-law, Andrew Howard; two grandchildren, Isabella and Gurion Howard; sister, Betty McRae (Boerne, TX); sister, Patsy Coker (Mobile); nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 8th, from Noon to 2:00 p.m. at Pine Crest Funeral Home located at 1939 Dauphin Island Pkwy, Mobile, AL. A family graveside service will follow.
