Dan Ross Mason, born Nov. 15, 1926 in Fairhope, Al died in Spanish Fort, Al, November 25, 2013. Dan Ross was the youngest of seven sons born to Dr. William C. Mason and Anne Edmundson Mason of Fairhope. Dan was a proud graduate of Centenary College in Shreveport, Louisiana and earned his Masters Degree in Education from the University of Alabama. He had a career as a teacher at Fairhope High School, serving also as Principals of the Elberta Elementary School and Silverhill Elementary School.
Dan was preceded in death by his Mother and Father, William and Anne, and his six brothers, Keith, Dupree, Jimmy, Vance, William and Robert and by his loving wife, Nora. He is survived by many nieces and nephews.
