David was preceded in death by his wife, Imogene Sowell Kelly; parents; eight siblings; and son, Randall Keith Kelly.
He is survived by four children, Dr. Wayne (Dianne) Kelly, Paul (Karen) Kelly, Kimberly (Mike) Estes, and Tracy (Tina) Kelly; grandchildren, Jennifer Kelly, Brian Kelly, Jessica Kelly, Jonathan Kelly, Matthew Kelly, Kortnee Andrews, Kelly Hutto, Hunter Hutto, Caroline Kelly, Jenna Kelly; numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews; companion, Wyonne Sowell; and other cherished family and friends.
