Dorothy Louise Bowers Dearmond

Mrs. Dorothy Dearmond age 83 has gone to be with the Lord on Tuesday. Mrs. Dearmond was born in Mobile County and was a resident of Eight Mile, AL for 35 years. She was a very loving and kind soul that every one loved to be around. She was known to many as "grandma". Even if not truly related she was everyone's grandma. She is leaving behind son Michael Childs and daughters, Teri Childs of Eight Mile AL and Denise Stewart of Mobile, AL a sister, Mary McDuffie of Chipley FL and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She left a permanent hand print on our hearts and will never be forgotten. Rest in Peace grandma. We love you! Funeral services will be on Monday April 28, 2014 at 12 noon at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Visitation will start at 11 AM. Burial in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
