Edith Inez Bolzle Jones

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmie Donald Jones; her sons, Jimmie Donald Jones, Jr. and David Allan Jones; her parents, Robert Theodore Bolzle and Nancy Lola Mae Davis Bolzle; and her brother, Bobby Jerroll Bolzle.

Mrs. Jones was a former member of Woodmont Baptist Church, and a current member of Government Street Baptist Church. For years, she took great pride in preparing the Wednesday night suppers at the church. She was also a member of the Red Hat Society.

Survivors include two daughters, Melissa Jane Jones (Robert) Nall and Christie Diana Jones (Randy) Maddox; her siblings, Robert Toral (Marj) Bolzle, Dora Ree (Vernon) Noad, Sue Carroll (George) Howe, and Connie Lee (Charles) Posey; her sister-in-law, Thersie V. Bolzle; four grandchildren, Michelle Nall, Randall Chase Maddox, Morgan Nall, and Casey Maddox; special friends, Margaret Turner and Louise Wimpee; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home on Thursday, March 3, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. The family will receive friends from 9:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
