Eulice was born on April 23, 1932, to father, Walter Paul Coursey, and mother, Ada Howell Coursey. She married the love of her life, Linwood L. Driskell, on September 11, 1948. She was a loving and devoted wife and mother to their eight children. In her early years, Eulice mastered the arts of sewing, crocheting, cooking, and keeping her home. She loved preparing and sharing her specialty dishes, seafood gumbo, chicken pot pie and coconut cake to name a few, with those she loved. In her later years, she took up oil painting, and mastered that art. She was a devoted member of Palestine Missionary Baptist Church in Wilmer, Alabama her entire life. She was loved and will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Eulice was preceded in death by her husband, Linwood L. Driskell; a son, Lynn D. Driskell; her parents, Walter P. Coursey and Ada H. Coursey; sisters, Gladys Brubaker, Lillian Estis, Inez Giadrosich and her brothers, Carlis Coursey, Lionel Coursey, Virgil Coursey and Melvin B. Coursey.
She is survived by her seven children, Deborah Gustin, Darlene Moody (Reggie), Joey Driskell (Cheryl), Dinah Nolen (Gary), Linwood Driskell, Jr., Roger Driskell (Kathi), and Portia Haskew (Scott); daughter-in-law, Betty Driskell; her sixteen grandchildren, twenty-nine great grandchildren, eleven great, great-grandchildren, many other relatives, family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 22, 2025, from 12:00 P.M. until the 2:00 P.M. funeral service at Palestine Missionary Baptist Church, Wilmer, Alabama. Interment will follow at Palestine Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, Wilmer, Alabama.
