Evelyn Hill Hardy

Evelyn Hardy – an 83 year-old native of Grove Hill, AL and a longtime resident of Mobile passed away at a family home on Sunday, August 14, 2011. She was a member of Cottage Hill Baptist Church. Mrs. Hardy was preceded in death by her husband, Keaton Connell Hardy; granddaughter, Ursula Coleman; and 12 brothers and sisters. She is survived by her daughter, Eva Lynn Davis (Mike); sister, Irma Pope; two grandchildren, Claire Coleman and Keaton Coleman (Bridgett); great-grandson, Pierce Coleman; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 17, 2011, at 12 noon. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11 a.m. until the service hour. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
