Frances Loye Benefield Kiper – a 79 year-old native of Pascagoula, MS and a resident of Mobile passed away on December 10, 2010. She was a member of Midway Methodist Church in Orange Grove, MS and a member of the Rebeccas of the International Order of Oddfellows. Mrs. Kiper was preceded in death by her husband of 35 years, Alton C. Kiper. She is survived by her children, Paula Kiper Goss (Ray), Douglas Kiper (Sallee), Peggy Kiper Williams (Bart), Jerry Kiper (Jonda), Charles Kiper, and Jimmy Fraser (Becky); 10 grandchildren, Cathy, Heidi, Jeff, and Nicole Frazure, Troy and Charlie Kiper, and Emily, Kyle, Cale, and Haley Williams; 10 great-grandchildren; two sisters; three brothers; numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home on Dauphin Street on Monday, December 13, 2010, at 12 noon. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, December 12, from 5-8 p.m. Interment will be in Springhill Memorial Gardens.
