She was a very active member of Oakdale Baptist Church, now Government Street Baptist Church for many years.
Frances was a very active volunteer with RSVP for many years after retirement.
She first worked and retired from International Paper Company in Mobile, AL, and later retired from Degussa in Mobile, AL. She then went to work for Volunteers of America, SE.
Frances was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, George E. Robison, Jr., her parents Thomas D. Willis, Jr. and Meida Purvis Willis, Sister, Mary Louise Willis Moulyet, Niece, Karen Moulyet Farr, and Nephew, Thomas Elliott Moulyet.
She is survived by her brother, Thomas Daniel Willis III (Sheryl), Nephew Houston Farr, Niece Carla Moulyet, Nephew Brian Moulyet (Lisa), numerous nephews, great-nephews and great-nieces, her dear friend and caretaker, Donnie Garner (Melodie), and ‘adopted grandchildren’, Frankie Garner and Brian Kane, Jr. (Lyndy).
Frances was well-loved by many friends.

Her funeral service is scheduled for Friday, February 23, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Government Street Baptist Church. Interment to follow at Pine Crest Cemetery on Dauphin Island Parkway, Mobile, AL.
