Frances Helen Rogers, age 71, passed away on Saturday, January 17, 2015. She is preceded in death by her parents, Benjamin and Cora F. Paschal. She is survived by her children, Michelle Rogers Torres (David) and John Paul Rogers (Erin). She is also survived by her siblings Nancy DuPuy (James), Paul W. Bullock, Jr., grandchildren, Mellissa and Christopher Dunay, Tori Torres, Ryan Cole, Charlotte and Hannah Rogers, Cory, Jessica, and Victoria Newman, her nieces and nephews, Donna Chamberlain, Helen Roux, Nancy Tripp, Ray Ball and Chad DuPuy. Visitation will be held at Radney Funeral Home on Thursday, January 22, 2015 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Funeral services will begin at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.
