Herbert Eugene Sinclair, a native of Mississippi and a longtime resident of Mobile County, Alabama, died on Thursday, March 20, 2014. He is survived by his wife Virgie Sinclair; one daughter, Cindy Brainerd; one son, Kenneth Sinclair; one sister, Barbara Sinclair; 4 grandchildren and other relatives. Funeral services will be held from the Chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Monday, March 24, 2014 at 2 PM. Visitation will start at 1 PM. Burial will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
