Inez Jones Billy, age 86, passed away on Sunday, July 17, 2016. She is preceded in death by her husband, John Arthur Billy and grandsons, Daniel Wayne Fryer and Russ Len French. She is survived by her children; Gloria Jean Dunn (William), Wanda Fryer (Otis), Johnny I. BIlly (Renee), Pam Richardson (Danny) and Beverly Holland (Larry) She is also survive by her sister, Jeannie Kostreba , sixteen grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 20, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. until funeral service time of 10:00 a.m. at Radney Funeral Home. Interment will be held in Ft. Crawford Cemetery, East Brewton, AL at 1:30 p.m. Arrangements under the direction of Radney Funeral Home-Mobile, Mobile, AL.
