

Jackie was born on September 16,1938 to Richmond Brooks Morris and Clyde Mae McInnis Morris in Hattiesburg, Ms.
She graduated from Fairhope High School in the class of 1957 and attended the University of Southern Mississippi.
On January 20,1962 she married Troy Max L.Grayson “Mac”. Beloved husband of 51 years.
Jackie was a devout Christian and practiced her faith every day.
She devoted her life to children and education through a 30 year career and retirement from the Mobile County Public School System and Regional School for the Deaf and Blind.
She will be remembered for her smile, warmth, hospitality, great enthusiasm, being a gracious Lady and encouragement that she bestowed on all.
She was passionate about college sports, nurturing children and willingness to try anything new.

Daughter, Portia Grayson Colbert(Benjamin), Stepdaughter Mona McNeil Riels/(Paul), Sisters Judith Morris Lake and Billie Jean Morris White. Many nephews, nieces and cherished friends.

Her parents, Richmond Brooks Morris & Clyde Mae Morris and brother, Richmond Brooks Morris.

Visitation will be on May 28th, 10:00 AM Dauphin Way United Methodist Church in Dill Parlor. Memorial service 11:00 AM in Adkins chapel. Private graveside service.
