He enjoyed Country Music, Traveling seeing new places and meeting new people.
James was preceded in death by his parents, William W. and Cora Oneila Traywick Mizell; siblings, John Mizell, Fred Mizell, Edward Leslie Mizell, Velma Mizell Warren, William W. “Bill” Mizell and Roy Mizell.
He is survived by his daughters, Terrie Ann Mizell (Roger) Hildebrand, Jamie Sonya Mizell (James) Peach and Lana Sue Mizell (Bill) Stemmer and Ursula Allison Mizell (Matt) Eve; grandchildren, Charles W. (Amy) Necklaus, Jr., Maylee Necklaus, Keely Hildebrand (Austin) Whitely, Jacob Peach, Kirsten (Martin) Smith, Amanda (David) McCloskey, Danny (Amy) Stemmer and Julie Stemmer; 16 great grandchildren; brothers, Tommy Jessie Mizell and Mickey Mizell also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 10, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. service time at Radney Funeral Home, Mobile, Alabama.
Funeral Service will be celebrated in the chapel at 2:00 p.m. with interment following in Spring Hill Memorial Gardens, Mobile, Alabama.
