James Marvin Robinson

Mr. Robinson proudly served his country and retired from the United States Air Force as a Jet Engine Technician. He was given many prestigious medals and commendations. Before entering the service he attended Baker High School where he excelled in Track & Field. He will be remembered by his family as somewhat of a character, who loved telling stories to his grandchildren. He loved working with his hands, making crosses and other crafts, many of which were shared with family and friends.

James is survived by his wife, Angela Robinson; son Herman (Sandra) Robinson; son Christopher (Laura) Robinson; and daughter Jennifer (Paul) Sellers; sister Diane Orem, sister Joanne Jenkins, sister Judy Cunningham and brother Ronnie Seale. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and one-great-grandchild.

James is preceded in death by; son James Robinson and step son John Horton; father Marvin H Robinson and mother Floy Seiple Robinson.

Visitation will be held Monday, September 10, 2018 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Woodridge Baptist Church, 2700 Schillinger Road, Mobile, AL 36695. Funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM. Interment will be held at Mobile Memorial Gardens, Three Notch Rd, Mobile, Alabama 36619.

Serving as pallbearers are Adam Williams, Johnny Charles, Daniel Sellers, Alex Sellers, Carter Sellers and Blake Sellers.
