James Ellis Sanderson Sr.

Mr. James Ellis Sanderson, Sr. – age 80, passed away at Springhill Medical Center on June 14, 2011. Mr. Sanderson was a U. S. Army veteran of the Korean Conflict. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Nancy Lucille Broome Sanderson; two sons, James E. (Karen) Sanderson, Jr. of Temple, GA and David V. (Sharon) Lowery of Baton Rouge, LA; two grandsons, Cary (Alisa) Lowery of Daphne, AL and Christopher Lowery of Baton Rouge, LA; one great-grandson, Kyler Lowery of Daphne, AL; two brothers, Bobby (Barbara) Sanderson of Saraland, AL and Edward Gene (Dot) Sanderson of Stanley, NC; nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Visitation will be from 9 A.M. until 10 A.M. on Saturday, June 18, 2011 at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Graveside services and interment will be held at 10 A.M. on Saturday in Mobile Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association, in remembrance of our great-grandson Caleb Luke Lowery.
