Janie Marie McMichael, a native and lifelong resident of Mobile, born November 17, 1935 in Mobile, Alabama passed away on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at her residence surrounded by her loving and devoted family.
Janie was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Fred McMichael who passed away on December 20, 2013; a son, James Clarence McMichael; her parents, James Farley and Inez Tidwell Farley.
Surviving are her two children, Cynthia McMichael Haider and Michael Earl McMichael; son-in-law, Syed Haider.

Visitation will be held at Radney Funeral Home in Mobile, on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Funeral Services will follow in the chapel at 12:00 PM. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
