Jenelle Lynne McElroy

Jenelle Lynne McElroy, age 40, of Spanish Fort, Alabama passed away on Sunday July 28, 2019. Jenelle was born April 18, 1979 in Mobile, AL. Jenelle was full speed ahead every day. Her faith in Jesus Christ was very strong and set the tone for the love she gave to her husband, children and family. She had a knowledge and passion for teaching her nursing students and will leave a legacy of confidence and ability of how she taught the art of nursing, influencing and impacting lives. Her cheerful antics and laughter was best shared with her children, it was infectious and would have them all laughing together. Scrapbooking, lettering and embroidery were among some of the things she enjoyed.

She is survived by her husband Rance M. McElroy, parents Byron E. and Kathy Sheppard, sister Jennifer (Joseph) Stevens, Jr., her children; Rance McElroy Jr., Byron Walker McElroy and Makalynne Olivia McElroy. Nieces and nephews Anna Marie Stevens, Ireland Rollo, Ryder Sibley and Joseph (Trey)

A visitation for Jenelle will be held Wednesday, July 31, 2019 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Woodridge Baptist Church, 2700 Schillinger Rd. S., Mobile, AL 36695. Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 1, 2019 at 4:00 PM, 2700 Schillinger Rd. S., Mobile, AL 36695. Entombment will follow at Mobile Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Mobile, Alabama.
