To all of Joanna's Family,
I am so very sorry for your loss. I am an old school mate of Joanna's from the early days of Hollinger's Island to graduation at Theodore High. I was heartbroken to hear of her passing. I immediately recalled memories from the days of fall festivals, her amazing artwork she created on classroom bulletin boards and riding the bus together. She was no doubt an amazing talent and beautiful soul. You're in my prayers.

I'm so sorry for the loss of your Joanna. I had the great fortune of meeting her when i was visiting my sister in Maryland two years ago and she graciously invited me and my son to her Easter brunch. It was a beautiful day which included her lovely decorations and an egg hunt for the kids. My thoughts are with you in your time of grief.

We had the pleasure of meeting Joanna and touring her studio while visiting my sister in DC. I'm always happy to meet a fellow Auburn alumni, but we were overwhelmed with her talent and her genuine friendliness. We are so sorry for this enormous loss.
