John Daniel Bunkley

John Daniel Bunkley, Sr. – age 68, died November 9, 2012, in a local hospital after a long illness. Mr. Bunkley was a graduate of Theodore High School, Southeast Technical School, and owner of Bunkley’s M/H Air-Cond. & RV Supplies for over 43 years. He was a member of Christ United Methodist Church. Mr. Bunkley was preceded in death by his parents, John Candler and Louise Shepard Bunkley. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Robbie Sue Bates Bunkley; son, John Daniel (Heather) Bunkley II; grandson, J.C. Bunkley; half-brother, Baldwin Bunkley; sister-in-law, Ella Dean Ellisor; and many nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends. Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 13, 2012, at 12 noon. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, November 12, from 5-8 p.m. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens. Condolences may be offered at www.mmgfuneralhome.com.
