John Joseph Hacker

John Joseph Hacker - age 49; a native and lifelong resident of Mobile, AL died January 7, 2021. John attended McGill-Toolen Catholic High School, Auburn University, and the University of South Alabama. He was employed by Southern United Insurance Company for ten years, and more recently by the City of Mobile as a Voice/Data Technician for ten years. John was preceded in death by his brother, Paul Ben Hacker. He is survived by his parents, Paul and Susan Hacker; brother, Matt Hacker; sister, Alice Crunk; two sisters-in-law, Amy Hacker and Tiana Hacker; nieces and nephews, Davis, Avery, Ryan, and Joshua Hacker; Cora and Isaac Crunk; Lillian, Isabelle, and Joseph Hacker; many other "adopted" nieces and nephews, and his work family with the City of Mobile. A memorial service will be planned for mid to late February. Please consider a donation to the American Cancer Society's Hope Lodge in Birmingham, AL.
