January 10, 1951 - July 29, 2016 John Arthur Patridge, 65, passed away Friday, July 29, 2016. He retired from Masland Carpets in Saraland, where he worked for 33 years. John served his country in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Lexington during the Vietnam era. He is preceded in death by his parents, John and Eula Patridge, and a brother, Kenny Wayne Patridge. Survivors include his sister, Carolyn (Ronald) Matthews, Aunt Dorothy Zoghby, a niece Leann (Josh) McAleer and other family and friends. The family will receive friends on Thursday, from 1 p.m. until the service time of 2 p.m. at Pine Crest Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Pine Crest Cemetery.
