John was the son of Thomas and Eva Webb. Throughout his life, he owned and operated several businesses, including Star Electric, Kreame Bar, and Winnebago Camper Sales. He was a veteran of the Korean War and served in the US Army. He will be remembered and deeply missed by his loving family and all those whose lives he touched throughout his 96 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Eva Webb; his brothers, Jackson Webb, Edward Webb, and Russell Webb; and his sister, Dorothy Manning.
John is survived by his beloved spouse, Mabel Webb, with whom he shared more than 75 years of marriage; his children, Tom and JJ Webb, and John and Jeri Webb; his grandchildren, Ross Webb, Sarah and Kyle Beason, William Webb and Erin Webb; and his great-grandchildren, Riley Webb, Brody Webb, and Anna Kate Beason, and many relatives and friends.
May he rest in peace, surrounded forever by the love of those who were blessed to call him husband, father, father-in-law, grandfather, and great-grandfather.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at Radney Funeral Home on Dauphin Street. Visitation will be on Saturday, October 3, 2026, 9-10 a.m., at Radney Funeral Home on Dauphin Street.
