Growing up as kids one of my favorite times in life was heading to the Mobile Bay to visit my cousins. Being close in age to my beautiful cousin I always took to heart seeing Jonna’s sweet smile as I walked into Aunt Toots home. Those innocent days are gone but as she rejoices in heaven with Jesus, her mama, daddy, granny and other family I truly believe she is once again that wide-eyed kid I remembered. Until we see each other once again, love you cousin Joey.

I worked with Jonna at Regions for 3.5 years back when I was a teenager. She was like a second mom to me and helped me through a really tough time. I will never forget decorating her blue expedition with Alabama stuff for the Iron Bowl one year- she was such a good sport about it and gave it back ten fold when Auburn won that game!! She was one of the funniest and most caring women I’ve ever met. I could talk to her about anything!! I can’t believe she is gone!! She will truly be missed. Prayers for her sweet boys, grandchildren, the rest of her family and her friends during this difficult time.
