Melanie: I was so sorry to hear of Joe's passing. It hits me in the heart. Joe and I were best buddies at Pine Tree High School and Kilgore College. After a gap of time, I visited with you and him when you were living on Enfield Road in Austin. Joe was smart, talented, and a real friend. I know you will miss him. Our prayers are with you and the others of the family. James Gayle Garner

Melanie! Have been thinking about you and remembering you in my thoughts and prayers. I always enjoyed "visiting" with Joe at church. One time I said to Joe speaking of you, "I love that girl." Joe replied, "I do too!"
God bless,
