Mr. Joseph George Regan - a native of Glens Falls, NY, a resident of Sarasota, FL for twenty years, and a resident of Mobile, AL for the past six years, died Monday, December 19, 2011 in a local hospital. Mr. Regan was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force during Vietnam and retired as an independent insurance executive. He was an avid tennis player and a beloved husband, father, and "Pa Pa".
He was preceded in death by his sister, Trudy Sperry. He is survived by his wife, Donna L. Regan; three sons, Todd (Cindy) Regan, Chris (Pam) Regan, and Rick (Paige) Regan; one brother, Kevin Regan; eight grandchildren, one great-grandchild, nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. on Thursday, December 22, 2011 from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home, Dauphin Street. The family will receive friends from 1 P.M. until 2 P.M. on Thursday at the funeral home. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
