Mrs. Juanita Berry – an 85 year-old native of Chatsworth, Georgia and resident of Mobile, Alabama passed away Tuesday, April 17, 2012, at her home. Juanita is survived by her brother, Tommy Childers; sisters, Jackie Gladen and Jenette Gibson; children: John T. Berry, Emmett Berry, Homer Berry, Ann Jeter, Mary Hughes, Elizabeth Berry, Nellie Berry, and Beth Nicholas; grandchildren: Debra Jeter, Pamela Jeter, James Jeter, Jr., Christina Berry Walters, Bridget Cobb, Amy Hughes, Tiffany Hughes, Amanda Hughes, Johnathan Berry, William Nicholas, David Nicholas, and B.J. Simmons; 28 great-grandchildren; one great, great-grandchild; many other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home on Friday, April 20, 2012, at 10 a.m. Interment will be in Springhill Memorial Gardens.
